Challenge
Users needed a fast way to check their balance and recent activity without digging through multiple screens, while the app also needed to surface promotions and cashback offers without feeling intrusive or cluttered.
Objective
The objective was to design a clear balance card with an option to hide or show sensitive information, while prioritizing quick actions like Send, Receive, QR Scan, and Pay Bills for one-tap access.
Results
A clean, at-a-glance home screen that surfaces balance, quick actions, and transaction history without overwhelming the user. The color-coded transaction list and privacy toggle improved both usability and user trust, while the promotions section drove visibility for cashback offers without disrupting the core banking flow.
